Online Mindset Coaching for Women
Welcome!
I believe women deserve to feel good about themselves without constantly trying to earn it. For years, I thought if I just worked harder, looked better, or “fixed” all my flaws—or lost 70 pounds—I’d finally feel like enough and "love myself."
Spoiler alert: it doesn’t work that way.
Now, I help women let go of that relentless pressure and find a different way to live—one where confidence isn’t just an act, self-trust comes naturally, and your worth isn’t measured by the scale, your productivity, or anyone else’s opinion.
Whether you’re battling perfectionism, tired of your own self-criticism, or struggling to feel good in your body even after significant weight loss—I’m here to help you change the way you see yourself and your life.
I’m Robyn Howisey, LMFT + Coach
Let’s figure this out together.

Imagine:
Imagine looking in the mirror without immediately criticizing yourself.
Imagine feeling good about who you are—right now, not just when you hit another goal.
Imagine trusting your own judgment instead of second-guessing every choice.
Imagine quieting your inner critic.
Imagine being ok with (even loving, gasp!) the squishy parts of you.
My Approach
My coaching is about helping you see yourself differently—and finally stop feeling like you’re never enough.
Together, we’ll look at the lifelong messages you’ve absorbed about your body, your worth, and who you’re “supposed” to be. We’ll get you off the rollercoaster of diets, food rules, and relentless self-criticism.
Instead, we’ll reconnect you with your own wisdom and intuition, create space for all of who you are, and help you make choices that feel good—not just look good on paper.
This work is about an awakening—and a returning. A returning to self-love, confidence, acceptance, and the vibrant, beautiful person you already are.
My coaching style is warm and direct. I’m compassionate, honest, and I won’t shy away from telling you the truth—even when it’s hard. I believe in creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment.
In our work, we’ll:
-
Unwind the history of dieting, perfectionism, and negative body messaging
-
Detox your physical environment and mental space
-
Embrace pleasure and joy without guilt
-
Learn to respect and care for your body with movement, rather than punish it
-
Reset your relationship with food—and with yourself
-
Curate your closet to reflect the woman you’re becoming
-
Make peace with your body and your age, finding appreciation instead of criticism
-
Reconnect to your inner wisdom and speak the truth of your heart
Whether you’re grappling with perfectionism, struggling with body image even after significant weight loss, or simply tired of feeling “not enough”—you don’t have to keep doing this alone.

After Weight Loss: Change Your Mind
Losing weight can change your body—but it doesn’t always change how you feel inside.
So many women tell me:
“I thought weight loss would fix how I feel about myself… but I still pick myself apart.”
“My body changed, but my self-criticism didn’t.”
"I thought losing weight would feel better."
If that’s you, you’re not alone.
Changing your body is powerful. But changing how you see yourself—and being kind to yourself - that’s the real work.
I help women who’ve lost weight:
-
Quiet the relentless inner critic
-
Let go of perfectionism and shame
-
Reconnect with themselves in a kinder, more compassionate way
-
Feel worthy and confident
You deserve to feel at home in your body and at peace in your mind. Let’s help you honor the progress you’ve made.

Self Paced Online Course:
Beyond Enough
My signature course for women who’ve lost weight with GLP-1's—but still struggle with body image, self-criticism, or feeling “not enough.” Beyond Enough will help you shift your mindset, reconnect with your body, and start living with more freedom and ease.
I believe true freedom comes from embracing your worth.
I’m Robyn Howisey. I’m a therapist, coach, and someone who knows what it’s like to spend years believing you’re never quite “enough.”
For decades, I hustled for my worth—chasing perfect, overthinking everything, and believing that changing my body would finally change how I felt inside. (It didn’t.)
I struggled with my weight for most of my life. I finally lost 70 pounds (yay GLP-1s!), but here’s the thing: I thought—like so many women do—that losing the weight would be the magic key to loving myself, loving my body, and finally being kind to myself. But what I discovered was that all the self-criticism I carried when I was fat was still there when I got skinny.
That’s when it became crystal clear to me: it isn’t actually about the weight.
For 20 years as a therapist, I’ve helped women unravel the patterns of self-doubt, shame, and perfectionism that keep them feeling stuck.
My coaching builds on that experience. It’s where therapy’s deep understanding meets real-life tools, so you can change how you see yourself—and start feeling solid and confident in who you are.
My style is warm, direct, and honest. I’m not afraid to tell you the truth, but I’ll always do it with compassion (and probably a little humor).
I believe you don’t need to “fix” yourself. You need to understand yourself—and learn how to be on your own side.
Whether it’s through 1:1 coaching or my Beyond Enough course, I’m here to help you feel better in your skin, your mind, and your life.

"Robyn has helped get me through some of the darkest points in my life. She not only helped me foster love within myself, but helped show me that I am capable of being loved for me, not what I can provide. From loving the body I’m in to the mind I have, Robyn is the person I credit a lot of my progress to her. Without her, I would not be the person I am today."

"Working with Robyn has been incredible. Robyn has seen me at my best and my worst, helped me navigate difficult situations/decisions, and has told me what I need to hear even if it isn’t what I want to hear.
Robyn is kind, patient, understanding, non-judgmental, a great listener, and one of my favorite people."
